By virtue of the experience gained as a professional and owner of a law firm, I have gained a significant competence in terms of management and motivation of the people under my responsibility while maintaining, at the same time, monitoring of quality and adherence to strategic guidelines impart procedural writings produced by the law firm. I have managed several projects that were concluded thanks to my managerial and leadership skills design phase and – then – carried out under my supervision. My personal commitment is always aimed at creating an environment of collaboration, mutual respect, reliability and professionalism in order, among other things, to offer the customer a service inspired by the principles of efficiency and innovation aimed at maximizing the performance of every professional with maximum realization of results and preservation of risk. Respecting the deadlines dictated by the Client is of primary importance to me. As Managing Partner I am responsible for ensuring compliance with strategic and economic objectives dictated by the Members’ Assembly as well as that of directing the study towards the maintenance of best professional skills at the service of customers.
